Maintenance Director / Supervisor We are seeking a Maintenance Director / Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of building maintenance. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team and make an impact on patient care!
Maintenance Director / Supervisor role includes:
- Building maintenance program and repair coordination
- General daily repairs including doors, lights, and paint patching
- Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, security, fire, electrical, and elevator systems
- Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
- NFPA and facility life safety compliance, coordinating required service visits monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Healthcare building operations experience preferred
- General plumbing and electrical skills
- Basic carpentry skills
- Knowledge of utilizing tools
- Understanding of NFPA and Life Safety codes
