Location: San Diego, CA | Onsite

Pay: $19 - $21/hour

Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift, starting 7:00 AM

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (conversion based on performance)

Work Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Entry Level — 0-2 years

Responsibilities

Receive, organize, and prepare materials for shipment

Pick, pack, label, and move inventory throughout the warehouse

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Required:

0-3 years of warehouse or related experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move throughout the shift

Reliable and able to follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred:

Forklift certification a plus

Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems

Prior experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
