Welder – Springville, UT Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime available during peak summer months We are seeking a dependable and experienced Welder to join a growing team in Springville, UT . This role is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and strict safety standards in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to pass a 3G weld test (required) and have strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication on metal components and structures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders Operate welding equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts as needed Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements Qualifications 3G weld test required Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and work from measurements Experience using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Competitive pay based on experience with opportunities for growth and advancement.
