Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Provide care for patients with wounds, ostomies, and IVs
• Ensure nursing duties are compliant with professional standards
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and LPNs to deliver quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• WI state license or compact
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Expertise in managing wounds, IVs, ostomies, catheters, and drains
• Not accepting first-time travelers
