* Base Pay Range: $52,665.60 - $83,179.20 per year, based on experience

ABOUT THE JOB

MU Health Care is looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Copywriter. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills and a passion for transforming complex health care topics into clear, engaging content that resonates with various audiences. We are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality work while meeting deadlines.

Beyond strong writing abilities, we are looking for a strategic creative with experience developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing compelling content across both print and digital advertising platforms, creating effective email journeysand adapting messaging for different audiences and stages of the customer experience. They should be highly detail-oriented, able to quickly incorporate feedback, and demonstrate the ability to apply previous edits and brand guidance to future projects with minimal revisions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand voice, strong project management skills, and the ability to craft persuasive calls to action that drive engagement and results. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

* Write, edit, and develop content for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including landing pages, emails, digital and print ads, video scripts, social media, brochures, and direct mail pieces to engage various healthcare audiences.

* Deliver marketing and advertising copy with attention-grabbing headlines, dynamic content that is relevant to the target audience, and clear and compelling calls to action. Transform complex healthcare information into simple messages and adapt content to communicate effectively across different print and digital channels.

* Ensure tone and style, across all mediums, are consistent with brand standards and brand voice.

* Work collaboratively with marketing strategists, designers, and other communicators across departments to recommend and develop content strategies that effectively create engagement and drive conversion.

* Utilize a variety of sources including market and consumer research, industry trends, subject matter experts, and industry terminology to inform key messaging and accuracy in writing.

* Interview physicians, healthcare administration professionals, and patients to incorporate a unique and informative perspective into custom-written health and wellness articles.

* Maintain deadlines and project manage from start to finish, including outlines, drafting and interviews with SMEs.

* May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or healthcare administration, or a related field.

* Three (3) years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience in health care, hospitality, or service sectors.

* Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
