Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Fort Worth, TX and surrounding DFW areas Position Summary We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled home health services to patients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area on a PRN basis. This position is ideal for nurses with prior home health experience who are comfortable working independently in the field and managing complex skilled nursing visits. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting Complete start-of-care, recertification, resumption-of-care, and discharge assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans Perform wound care and wound VAC management Provide PICC line care, dressing changes, and maintenance Administer IV therapy and infusion services as ordered Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, disease management, and treatment plans Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation accurately and timely within agency systems Ensure compliance with all Medicare, state, and agency regulations Qualifications Required Active Texas RN license Minimum 1 year of Home Health RN experience Current BLS certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong assessment and clinical skills Ability to work independently in patients' homes Preferred Experience with Wound VAC therapy Experience with PICC line management Experience with IV therapy and infusion nursing OASIS documentation experience Experience with Kinnser/WellSky EMR Schedule PRN / As Needed Flexible scheduling Weekday and weekend opportunities available Service Area Fort Worth Arlington Grand Prairie Weatherford Burleson Surrounding DFW communities Benefits Competitive per-visit compensation Flexible schedule Supportive clinical team Opportunity for ongoing assignments and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
