Patient Services & Scheduling Specialist

ProMedica Monroe Physicians

ProMedica Monroe Physicians is seeking a personable Patient Service Coordinator to greet and register patients, answer calls, take messages and schedule appointments in a busy Family Medicine practice in Monroe, MI. You will support the clinical team by maintaining the provider's schedule, handling outbound calls to patients and pharmacies, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient check-in experience for every patient we serve. This role is full-time and involves day shifts at the Monroe location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
