Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, fostering positive outcomes. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in line with ethical and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and share insights. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma-related issues, anxiety disorders, and depressive episodes. Our diverse clientele includes adults from various backgrounds and walks of life, allowing you to apply your skills in different contexts and build rapport with individuals who may have unique needs or experiences. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. An active and unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations effectively. The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and engage with interdisciplinary professionals. Preferred Experience Previous experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is advantageous. Specialization in trauma-informed care and familiarity with solution-focused therapy models. Experience working within a rehabilitation center or similar mental health settings. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
