- Technical knowledge to operate machinery
- Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts
- Ability to stand, lift, twist, and bend
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Proficient communication skills, oral and written in fluent English
- Inspection and packaging of parts
- Operate manufacturing equipment
- Perform routine and specialized cleaning tasks
- Inspect products for quality assurance
- Detect issues and report them to supervisor
- Provide assistance to other employees when needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned
