We are looking for a CO-MANAGER for our great GRAND RIDGE salon. Work with a caring, experienced manager and share the success and learning.

Benefits training, 401(k), Full-time positions (30+ hours a week include: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and holiday pay, starting with a base wage of $24.00 - $28.00. Amplify your earnings with productivity incentives, retail commission, and excellent tips (managers average between $12-20/hour in tips & salon sharing profitability bonuses). What you bring to the team:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
