Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfort working in an environment serving deaf and hard-of-hearing students
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, direct physical therapy services on campus to three students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student mobility, gross motor skills, and classroom participation
• Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to optimize each student’s outcomes
• Document progress and communicate effectively with IEP teams and family members
• Adapt therapeutic activities to meet each student's unique needs
