Behavioral Health Clinician – $70K–$120KLocation: Ketchikan, AKSchedule: Outpatient | Shared rotating after-hours crisis coverageWe are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide evidence-based, culturally relevant outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families experiencing behavioral, emotional, and mental health disorders.Key Responsibilities• Conduct behavioral health screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations• Develop individualized treatment plans• Provide individual, group, family, and marital therapy• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning• Provide care coordination, advocacy, motivational interviewing, and patient education• Integrate mental health and substance use disorder interventions as appropriate• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams• Maintain timely and accurate electronic health records• Coordinate referrals with healthcare providers and community agencies• Participate in staff meetings, training, and multidisciplinary team meetings• Provide rotating after-hours crisis and emergency servicesRequirements• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline• LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred• Unlicensed clinicians may receive clinical supervision toward licensure requirements• Alaska driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 6 months• Alaska Chemical Dependency Counselor I or MAC certification preferred• AHA BLS within 3 months• Experience with behavioral health assessment and diagnosis required• Ability to provide assessment, treatment planning, and referrals for patients of all agesCompensation & Benefits• $70,000–$120,000 annually• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Retirement benefits• Paid time off• Paid parental leave• Life insurance• Short- and long-term disability• Professional development and career advancement opportunitiesThis is an opportunity to provide meaningful behavioral health services while supporting individuals and families in a community-focused setting.#IndeedT1 #J-18808-Ljbffr MedicalEdge
