This travel opportunity is for a Pharmacist specializing in Long Term Care pharmacy within a specialty pharmacy setting. Based in Waseca, MN, this role offers a flexible schedule with 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including some weekends. The assignment duration is 13+ weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications accurately within the long term care pharmacy setting
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care for long-term care patients
• Provide counseling and guidance to patients regarding their medications
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Participate in medication therapy management and other clinical services as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or MTM certification preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• Experience in long term care pharmacy settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location:

• Waseca, MN, with potential travel flexibility within the Minneapolis metropolitan area
