We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to lead day-to-day operations for a growing filtration services and products business. In this role, you will help ensure efficient workflows, high-quality service delivery, strong team coordination, and consistent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across filtration services and product fulfillment functions.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows to support timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between operations, sales, customer service, and inventory.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to support reliable sourcing and delivery.
• Support inventory control, order accuracy, and product availability.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, policies, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for operations staff.
• Help ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on operational performance, challenges, and priorities.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in operations, service management, production, distribution, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, logistics, or service coordination preferred.
• Comfort using business systems, spreadsheets, and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build effective working relationships.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accountability.
• Ability to adapt quickly, make sound decisions, and maintain focus under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in filtration, industrial services, equipment, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with process improvement methods such as Lean or continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting field service or customer-facing operations.
• Previous responsibility for budget tracking, forecasting, or operational planning.
