CarePartners in Waynesville, NC is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse Coordinator PACE to ensure high quality, efficient care for the elderly. Under the Operations Director's supervision, you will plan and organize in-home services, coordinating with nurses and health aides while utilizing your nursing skills to assess participants and implement care plans. You must have a BSN and current NC RN licensure, with at least 2 years of experience in an interdisciplinary role.
