Medical Care Coordinator (Remote)

The Connor Group is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and clinically trained professional (RN, PA, NP, or equivalent background) to serve as a Medical Care Coordinator within our international concierge medical practice.

This is a fully remote, non-clinical position focused on medical care coordination, communication, and logistics rather than direct patient care. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between clients and healthcare providers worldwide, helping arrange consultations, referrals, hospital evaluations, follow-up care, and other medical services while ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients during assigned shifts
• Coordinating care with physicians, hospitals, and specialists internationally and domestically
• Managing appointments, referrals, and medical logistics
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records within internal databases
• Supporting client advocacy and communication throughout the care process
