• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients seeking therapy to thoroughly understand their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' individual situations and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing established evidence-based methods, ensuring effective treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and promote active participation in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, as mandated by regulatory standards and ethical practices, contributing to a transparent and accountable service environment.

• Demonstrable training or considerable experience in providing mental health counseling.

• A solid understanding of contemporary evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Strong therapeutic skills with a passion for helping clients navigate their personal journeys towards recovery.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration across the treatment team.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.

• Background in leading group therapy sessions.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses.
