Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine cleaning and basic facility upkeep while demonstrating reliability and strong attendance.

Pay Rate & Increases

• Starting Pay: $10.00 per hour
• Pay dates are on the 15th and 30th of each month

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Start time between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM (Mon-Thurs)
• Work until all assigned cleaning tasks are completed
• Task are completed within 3-4 hours

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust surfaces and clean windows as needed
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and designated workspaces
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required

Attendance Policy

Quarterly pay increases are contingent upon maintaining satisfactory attendance, punctuality, and job performance.
