FLC-CITCO Tools is actively seeking a Surface Grinder Operator to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio. 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 7:00 AM3:30 PM Overtime Available

We are currently seeking a Surface Grinder, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

• Set up and operate surface grinding machines to shape and finish metal parts.
• Adjust machine settings and grinding wheels to make parts the correct size and smooth finish.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to make quality parts.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
• Follow all quality control, work place safety, and production standards.
• Work with steel, carbide, and specialty materials to produce finished components.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of manufacturing experience, previous machinist or tooling experience preferred
• Strong shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions & tolerance.
• Familiarity with reading Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other documents.
