Position: Recruiter (Seasonal) Location: Sumner, WA Pay: $32.00/hour Experience: Prior recruiting experience required, ideally in a high-volume, metric-driven environment Type: Seasonal Schedule: Monday - Friday Logic Staffing is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team! As a Recruiter , you will partner with candidates and clients to deliver exceptional staffing solutions across a variety of industries and skill levels. You will be responsible for sourcing talent, conducting interviews, maintaining recruiting records, building client relationships, and ensuring successful placements. This role requires a consultative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service. Job Description: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and culture fit Perform high-volume recruiting activities to identify and engage top talent across multiple industries Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing Interview prospective candidates to evaluate qualifications, work history, and placement potential Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the company's CRM and internal systems Receive and create new job orders from clients, documenting requirements and position details accurately Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workplace culture, and position requirements Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding Meet recruiting, placement, and activity goals while maintaining a high level of customer service Position Requirements: Hard skills: Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms; Boolean search skills and creative sourcing ability; experience managing 15-20 open positions simultaneously Soft skills: Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented; strong sense of urgency and a proactive, hunter mindset; comfortable conducting in-person interviews (with video as a backup); excellent communication and relationship-building skills across candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders Logic Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
