Experience/Skill Details (in years):

  Role Overview

  The organization's Enterprise Architecture Management tool, GEAR (LeanIX), has increasingly been misused to register application instances in the absence of a dedicated, properly maintained CMDB. This has resulted in thousands of application records being registered in GEAR, pushing the tool toward its license limits and undermining its ability to support core enterprise architecture activities such as target application definition and application portfolio rationalization.

  A strategy has been defined to evolve the current tool ecosystem in alignment with the industry-standard Common Service Data Model (CSDM) V5, moving application instances from GEAR to the ServiceNow CMDB. This will require changes to GEAR, ServiceNow, and satellite systems including GRC4You, OneTrust, the Data Retention Portal, and the IT Demand tool - impacting both tool interfaces and the processes they support.

  We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive this program end to end: setting up the required tool and process ecosystem in Phase 1, then leading the data migration in Phase 2, while keeping stakeholders aligned through structured training, communication, and change management.

  Key Responsibilities
• Create a detailed end-to-end project plan covering tools, processes, training, communication, and data migration.
• Cover all impacted systems, including GEAR, ServiceNow, GRC4You, OneTrust, the Data Retention Portal, and the IT Demand tool.
• Identify additional dependencies, including potential impacts on dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions such as Power BI.
• Align and agree on detailed activities, responsibilities, and timelines with the corresponding Service Owners and Process Owners.
• Prepare and conduct the project kick-off with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage overall project execution, ensuring planned activities are completed and milestones are achieved on time.
• Manage risks and issues, resolving them with the relevant technical and process teams where possible, and escalating where required.
• Create a detailed data migration plan, including preparation activities, ownership, sequencing, validation, and cutover considerations.
• Support Application SDMs in preparing for data migration activities.
• Coordinate the creation of training packages and organize training sessions.
• Provide regular progress reporting to the Steering Committee.

• Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management concepts and the LeanIX data model.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB data model and CSDM concepts.
• Experience with data migration planning and execution, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, migration sequencing, and cutover preparation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing training materials, facilitating workshops, and supporting change management activities in complex IT environments.
• Structured, proactive, and result-oriented working style, with the ability to drive alignment and decisions across different stakeholder groups.
• Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally within IT transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or CMDB/ITSM tooling programs.
• Hands-on experience with LeanIX and/or ServiceNow (CMDB, CSDM) strongly preferred.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working in a regulated or large enterprise environment is an advantage.
