Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Train and mentor junior staff. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
