Kitchen Associate (Rotisserie Cook)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Rotisserie Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be passionate about preparing high-quality, flavorful food.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook rotisserie-style meats (such as chicken, pork, or beef) according to company recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain rotisserie ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times
- Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistency and quality
- Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and food preparation as needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Include shift schedule FT position (12pm-8pm)
