Key Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the first responders when patients are admitted to the emergency room
• Rapidly identify medical issues and assess severity upon patient arrival
• Provide immediate clinical support to minimize negative long-term health effects
• Deliver life-sustaining interventions when necessary
• Collaborate with the emergency care team to coordinate and prioritize patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Active Oklahoma state RN license or valid compact license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• PALS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
