Sales Associate

We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Wireless Sales Representatives to join our Cricket team! If you love working with people, have a passion for technology, and enjoy hitting goals, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions. Provide outstanding service in person and over the phone. Demonstrate and explain products, promotions, and features. Process sales using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately. Keep the store organized, clean, and inviting. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Participate in team meetings and report sales activity and trends. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and retention. What We’re Looking For Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred (wireless/telecom is a plus). Strong communication and people skills. Goal-driven and motivated by commission opportunities. Reliable, professional, and eager to learn. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. What We Offer Hourly pay: $12–$17/hour (based on experience).
