lephante is hiring Bussers to join our team at our iconic Santa Monica rooftop restaurant.
lephante is known for its high-energy atmosphere, coastal Italian cuisine, and one of the busiest dining rooms on the Westside. Our support team plays a critical role in maintaining the pace and flow of service while ensuring every guest enjoys a polished and welcoming dining experience.
We are looking for bussers who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous busser, food runner, or restaurant support experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume restaurants strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to stay organized during busy services
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout long shifts
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Reset and clean tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
- Assist servers and runners in delivering food and clearing plates
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
- Refill water and assist guests when appropriate
- Stock service stations and maintain supplies throughout service
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service
