Join the Nursing Team you have been looking for!

Looking for an 2nd Shift RN to provide care to patients and offer their loved ones much needed support. This position is Monday - Friday, no weekends or On-Call coverage required.

Hospice of the Sacred Heart is the Region’s Leader in exceptional, compassionate hospice care. We provide you with the education, training and support you need to be the best nurse you can be.

Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Perform patient assessments and evaluate health status.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Educate patients and families on care procedures and support resources available.

Qualifications

Valid RN License
Proficient in patient care and assessment
Knowledge of EHR systems
Experience in home care settings, with a focus on hospice care
