Corporate Enterprise Network (WAN): Network Engineer- SeniorRemote role with travel, must live within 50 miles of DLA Location:Fort Belvoir or Richmond, VA; Battle Creek, MI; Columbus or Dayton OH; New Cumberland, Tobyhanna or Philadelphia PA; Anniston, AL; Fort Bragg, NC; Robbins AFB, GA; Ogden, UTContingent upon contract award, estimated start date 11/1/2026Connected Logistics is seeking a Corporate Enterprise Network (WAN): Network Engineer- Senior to assist in providing the core network engineering services needed to manage the ongoing operations, planned upgrades, new technology insertion, and strategic capability development of Information Operations Enterprise Enclave (IOEE) and Information Operations Secure Enterprise Enclave (IOSEE) systems and equipment with the goal of providing a secure, reliable, and high-performance network that effectively enables DLA's business activities. This requires the ability to deploy to any DLA site in support of installation or troubleshooting activities.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will work under general supervision, developing the requirements of a product from inception to conclusion. Specific duties for this position include but aren't limited to:Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems.Evaluate and mitigate risk for network STIG complianceConfigure and deploy devices in accordance with DLA IOEE and IOSEE device configuration standardsManage DLA IPv4 and IPv6 address spaceImplement hardware/software technology refreshes and upgradesConduct Site Surveys to determine space requirements, base infrastructure requirements, etc.Installation and Design planningLast Half Mile Support connecting circuits to IOEE points of presence via assigned base infrastructureCircuit ordering/tracking using DISA StorefrontClassified Network Support (Type-1 encryptors, GEM-X, re-keying procedures)Integration with Services and coalition networks as requiredTier III troubleshooting (24x7x365 on-call support)Develop network monitoring capabilities based on industry best network practices and methodologies to maintain real-time situational awareness of the IOEE/IOSEEConduct network engineering planning and analysisTest and implementation planning and analysisTechnical support engineering including, but not limited to:System interoperabilityService definitions and specificationsNetwork service design and installationEquipment testing and validationVideo teleconferencing, imaging, training, and staging, and installationTrack DLA DISN sub-network assets from their design, development, deployment, implementation, use and eventual deactivation and/or destructionCoordinates with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.Ability to travel around 3 times per yearRequirementsExperience: Five (5) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least two projects in technical areas included in the. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.Investigative Requirement: At time of proposal the contractor must possess a High Risk, Critical Sensitive, Tier 5/SSBI investigation.Clearance: Top Secret8570/8140: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level III (CISSP, CISM or Equivalent)Computing Environment Certifications:Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP-E)Key personnel must also have Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE)Preferred certifications: include AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Cloud+Total Rewards StatementWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
