Auto Repair Estimator — Customer Experience Lead
Gerber Collision & Glass
The Boyd Group is seeking a professional Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will liaise with customers and insurance companies and ensure alignment with the team to meet KPIs. Role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP processes, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.
