Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP environment. The ideal candidate will support cardiac procedures, monitor patients, and ensure optimal patient outcomes through advanced nursing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-procedure assessments and prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and EP procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and condition throughout interventions, responding promptly to changes.
• Assist physicians during complex cardiac procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and functional.
• Provide post-procedure care, including patient education, recovery monitoring, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Possess experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, arrhythmias, and cath lab procedures.
• Exhibit excellent patient communication and assessment skills.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
