Senior .NET Engineer

Will need to work 5 days a week in offices located in Pittsburgh, PA.\n\nQualifications:\n\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer\n Previous experience working in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry is required\n Strong proficiency in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API\n Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor\n Solid experience with SQL Server and database design\n Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration\n Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection in financial applications\n Experience with version control systems (Git)\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)\n Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOX, AML/KYC, GDPR)\n Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\n Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab)\n Understanding of core banking systems, payment processing, or digital banking platforms\n Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments\n Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, etc.)\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET\n Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (Angular, React, or Blazor)\n Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for banking and financial applications\n Design and optimize relational databases (SQL Server), writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and functions\n Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate banking requirements into technical solutions\n Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, AML/KYC)\n Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes\n Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance in production environments\n Integrate with third-party banking systems, payment gateways, and core banking platforms\n Document technical designs, workflows, and processes\n\n\nMore about G2O:\nWe’re different than other companies at G2O.
