Job TitleWelding TechnicianJob DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Work from verbal instructions / blueprints / drawings and/or work orders.Setup equipment / prepare surfaces to be welded / weld parts.Must be able to use hand tools such as grinders, etc.Maintain inventory of parts used in area.Must report all accidents/injuries to department supervisor immediately.Prompt and regular attendance.Additional Responsibilities:May perform additional duties as assigned by the department supervisor.Keep work area clean, neat and orderly.Follow all safety rules, policies and proceduresRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must have prior MIG/TIG work experienceMust be able to demonstrate good welding ability with minimal training.Must have basic math skillsMust have good hand/eye coordinationEducation and Experience:A high school diploma or GED is requiredPhysical Requirements:Rarely (0-12%):Occasionally (12-33%): Fingering/Grasping/FeelingFrequently (34-66%): Climbing/Stooping/KneelingRegularly (67-100%): Seeing/Hearing/Standing/Walking/Lifting/Pulling/PushingWorking Condition: General plant environmentAbout UsElectrolux Professional Group - meeting needs beyond tomorrowElectrolux Professional Group is the sustainability leader in our industry and one of the leading global providers of food service, beverage, and laundry solutions for professional users.
