Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, storage, and meal service

• Support cooks and dietary staff with meal tasks

• Prepare and serve snacks, salads, and beverages

• Clean kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils

• Follow food production sheets and sanitation guidelines

• Wash dishes and store them properly

• Ensure timely meal service and maintain kitchen cleanliness

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years or older

• At least 1 year of experience in large-scale food service or kitchen operations preferred

• 1–2 years experience in a healthcare-related field preferred

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, energetic, and customer service-focused

• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
