What We Want:

As the Accountant, you will have a minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, including  inventory accounting, job costing, A/P, A/R, and bank and general ledger reconciliations. A degree is a plus. A demonstrated proficiency with project cost accounting in a manufacturing environment is a must have. As the Accountant, you will be a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, seeking advancement and your forever home.

What You’ll Do:

As the Accountant, you will work alongside multiple departments with the goal of supporting the manufacturing operations of the company. You will work closely with the warehouse and inventory staff preparing project and job cost financial reports, manage inventory tracking and reconciliations. The Account will also handle all accounts payable and receivable and reconcile multiple bank accounts. In addition, as the Accountant, you will process bi-weekly payroll for approximately one dozen employees, prepare payroll and sales and use  tax filings, and prepare financial and operational reports for ownership as requested.
