Urology Physician Assistant

Seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to provide high quality patient service within our Urology department in eastern coastal Maine. Position Highlights: Conducts patient assessments, including history, exams, and diagnostic testing Manages common urologic conditions such as kidney stones, UTIs, incontinence, ED, and prostate disease Assists with procedures including cystoscopies, catheter placements, bladder scans, and urodynamics Provides pre- and post-operative care, patient education, and ongoing follow-up management Orders and documents care in the EMR, including notes, labs, medications, and treatment plans Collaborates closely with physicians and care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care Communicates with patients via in-person visits and secure messaging for follow-up and questions Supports quality initiatives, compliance standards, and patient safety across all care settings Compensation/Benefits: Student loan stipend Flex Spending and Health Reimbursement Accounts Dependent Care Account Employer Paid Life Insurance Vision & Dental Supplemental Life & Disability Insurance Competitive Health Insurance Malpractice insurance coverage The Community: This is a charming coastal town known for its rich history and scenic beauty, offering a peaceful and close-knit community.
