Viva Memory Care At Dresher
Are you a passionate person who loves bringing enrichment and commitment to the daily lives of the elderly? At Viva Memory Care at Dresher, located in Suburban Philadelphia you'll be a helping hand in the overall care of our residents in the place they call home.
What You'll Do:
- Care aid with activities of daily living according to resident's individualized Care Plan.
- Build help form community among our resident population.
- Engage assist with resident participation in activities/other community programming while respecting individual preferences and abilities.
- Collaboration work with the Director of Nursing / Assistant Director of Nursing to bring life to the community.

Requirements
What you bring:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Obtain (or willingness to obtain) Direct Care Staff Certificate.
- Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
- Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
