Maintenance Crew Leader

We're hiring a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. This is a year-round role with seasonal snow support in winter months. What You'll Do Lead and motivate a crew of 2--3 team members on job sites Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials Train new crew members and support field onboarding Assist with snow removal during winter season What You Bring 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Reliable attendance and commitment to safety Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay + overtime eligibility Year-round work (including winter snow roles) Health, dental, vision insurance 401K with company match Paid time off and holidays On-the-job training and advancement pathways If you're ready to grow your landscape career with a supportive team and stable year-round work, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
