Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process. This role is essential in supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff while ensuring effective collaboration with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff to ensure quality care and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans in response to changing conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a clinical environment.
• Experience in a similar nursing role is preferred.
