Summary:
The Import Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end import process, ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing documentation, working with customs brokers, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Import Documentation Management:
  Prepare, review, and process all required import documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Shipment Coordination:
  Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to coordinate and track shipments.
• Customs Clearance:
  Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods.
• Cost Management:
  Monitor and manage import-related expenses, including duties, tariffs, and transportation costs.
• Internal Communication:
  Provide regular updates to internal teams regarding shipment status and any issues.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate and organized records of all import activities and documentation.
