What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within the Operating Room as a Circulating RN
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to facilitate smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain sterile techniques and monitor patient safety during procedures
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Assist with preparation and clean-up of surgical suites
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Michigan or eligible to obtain
- Previous circulating experience in an OR setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
