Associate, Technology Audit

Associate, Technology Audit with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Execute risk-focused and regulatory required reviews of the technology areas/processes within GS Asset Management (AM) division. Identify risks associated with technology implementations, enhanced trading controls, technology governance, privilege management, change management (including SDLC) and data completeness and integrity controls. Requires: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Cyber Security or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Cyber Security or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s degree) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) with the following: working with business users/auditors on integrated audits to identify, address, document and communicate risks and results related to key application controls including data completeness and accuracy checks, access management, change management, and vendor oversight; preparing technology audit conclusions and findings and presenting scope and results of audits to stakeholders; identifying technology risks and key controls in portfolio management, trading, compliance surveillance, middle and back-office systems; system architecture and design including availability, performance, data integrity; Technology governance including technology risk management, policies and procedures, rules, regulations, intellectual property; and Audit techniques including code inspection, re-performance, and object-oriented programming concepts and languages such as Python, Java, Ruby scripting languages, data analytics tools (Sequential Query Language (SQL), Aqua Data Studio and similar tools); database management systems (such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase).
