We are hiring motivated Political Canvassers for door-to-door community outreach.
This is a flexible field position where you can work independently and choose your own schedule within available canvassing hours.
What You’ll Do:
• Visit assigned residential doors in designated neighborhoods
• Conduct brief door-to-door outreach when residents answer
• Leave a provided door hanger when no one answers
• Accurately complete assigned doors
• Work independently while following campaign instructions
What to Expect:
• Approximately 25% contact rate
• Average travel time is about 1 minute 30 seconds between doors
• Compensation is $1 for each completed door
• Flexible work hours between 8 AM and 8 PM
• No need to wait for someone to answer in order for the door to count, provided required canvassing procedures are completed
Ideal Candidates:
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable speaking with members of the public
• Able to follow instructions and accurately track completed doors
• Door-to-door, canvassing, customer service, sales, or outreach experience is helpful but not required
