This opportunity is a great fit

We are looking for independently licensed clinical therapists who provide culturally responsive, evidence‑based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. Candidates should have experience with diverse caseloads ranging from mild to complex mental health needs. The role is ideal for clinicians seeking well‑matched clients, administrative and marketing support, and easy invoicing with prompt payments. Preference is given to those who conduct in‑person care in private or group practices and can serve clients in Ohio, specifically in Youngstown, Dayton, Coshocton, Loveland, Lima, Cleveland, North Canton, Mason, and Cambridge.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
• Experience with evidence‑based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices such as measurement‑based care and skills practice
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in‑person delivery
• Must have office space to see clients in the Ohio area
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
• Full‑time resident of the United States
