What You Will Do Some responsibilities of allTeam Members include: Provide a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for all Customers and Team Members Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models) Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both Customer and Team Member areas Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts Specific Hospitality Team Member job duties include: Deliver excellent customer service by interacting with Customers with a smile, making eye contact, and speaking in a friendly tone Work as a cashier at the front counter, taking orders and payments with accuracy and speed Take orders and serve Customers at the drive thru window Bag and serve meals with accuracy and speed Maintain clean and hospitable dining room and restrooms Move with urgency and stay productive from the moment your shift starts Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked Display grit and positivity, particularly during rush periods Own your impact on the Customer experience What We Offer You A positive and fun environment Pay ranging from $15/hour to $17/hour based on availability & experience (must be 16 or older) Flexible schedules (and always closed on Sundays) Leadership growth opportunities with development programs and stipends for those ready to advance Free employee meals while working Health insurance with employer contribution Remarkable Futures Scholarship: up to $2,500/year toward your education What We Ask Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to serve Be a dependable team player Give your best effort, be willing to learn, and be coachable Work hard and with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Our Commitment to You We review applications within 2-4 business days and will reach out by phone or email.
