Social Commerce Intern

Role We are seeking a Social Commerce Intern to support TikTok Shop US initiatives, working remotely from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. This role offers experience in data analysis, event planning, agency management, and affiliate management. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily operations and campaign execution for TikTok Shop US, monitor and report performance. Collect, organize, and interpret social commerce and sales data to generate actionable insights. Coordinate in‑person and virtual events (influencer showcases, product launches); manage logistics, invitations, and follow‑up communications. Communicate with external agencies, track project timelines, ensure deliverables. Support affiliate records and monitor performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and major social commerce platforms. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Excel or data tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced environment.
