Job Types: Full-time, Part-time DUTIES - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide preventive dental care - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as necessary - Take and develop dental x-rays - Assist the dentist during procedures by providing instruments and materials - Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix Ascend) - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
