Operations Manager – Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA Location: Middlesex, NJ Summary The Operations Manager supports the center’s day‑to‑day staff and services management, including recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting, and general administrative tasks. The role maintains accurate staffing records, manages a master schedule, and acts as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
