Job Details:

We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Consulting Project Manager, System Integration- Cerner/Epic for a remote position with a tenure of 12+ months. As part of our Tech Services team, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the seamless integration of our systems and delivering superior solutions to our clients. This role requires a unique blend of technical prowess, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare IT industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project integration with Cerner/Epic systems, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and specifications.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements and targets are met.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
• Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in system integration with Cerner/Epic.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven experience in project planning, risk management, and change management.
• Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of system integration principles and techniques.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for making sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT industry standards and regulations is a plus.
