Experience: Minimum 24 months of Physical Therapy experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.

License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days.

Certifications: Active BLS certification from an approved vendor. Active PALS certification from an approved vendor.

Must-Have: Acute care experience. No hits on state license to practice. Driver's license to verify residency.

Description: Pewter scrubs are required. Candidates must have acute care experience; Level I trauma experience is preferred. The schedule includes every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with a holiday rotation. The start time may vary, and all department guidelines must be followed. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will help secure an offer quickly. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed seven days. Requests for time off cannot be made during the first week of assignment. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Travel experience is highly preferred. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. A resume must include all facilities and departments worked, trauma level designations, and the number of beds. A completed Physical Therapy skills checklist in the last 12 months is required.
