Be part of a purpose-driven team that truly values patient experience Supportive, team-oriented culture where your work is recognized Stable, growing organization with long-term opportunity Gain exposure to both patient care operations and the revenue cycle side of healthcare Make a meaningful impact in your community every single day Job Details Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and ensure all patient demographic, insurance, and billing information is accurate and up to date Verify insurance eligibility and clearly communicate co-pays, balances, and payment expectations Collect payments and assist patients with billing-related questions Support smooth patient flow by coordinating with clinical and administrative teams Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide helpful, timely information Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards Follow up with patients as needed (no-shows, missing information, appointment reminders) Assist with administrative tasks that support overall clinic operations Interested in hearing more?
